Four Easy Smoothie Recipes

 1. Peach and mango smoothie:
  • 1 cup of peeled frozen peaches 
  • 1/2 cup of chopped frozen mango
  • 1/4  cup of mango nectar 
  • 2 ice cubes 
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar or honey

 

  1. Spinach and banana smoothie:
  •  1 cup of spinach
  • 3/4 cup of milk (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup of lemon (peeled)                                           
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 whole banana

 

  1. Mango and frozen yoghurt Smoothie:
  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
  •  1/2 cup of vanilla or plain Greek yoghurt
  •  180 mL of pineapple juice
  •  1/2 cup of milk (skim or whole—you choose)
  •  8-12 ice cubes

 

4. Chocolate and caramel smoothie:

  • 1 cup of milk (your choice)
  • 2 cups of yoghurt
  • ½ of scoop milk Chocolate 
  • ½ of scoop Caramel
