World Health Day is on the 7th of April. It’s simply a day where you acknowledge the health of yourself and others. Just take one moment to think about this: You may be healthy, but you’re not the only inhabitant of this planet. Some people are not so lucky and have health problems. Just take some time on World Health Day to acknowledge and be mindful.
